Layaway

Layaway is available, on in stock items, for 30 days.

To put the item in layaway you much put the first 1/3 of the total, after taxes, down on the item and you have 30 days to pay off the item.

If the layaway item is not paid off in the 30 days the item will be returned to the wall for sale and the money will be used as an in store credit.

If you choose to end your layaway, the money that was paid in towards the item will be used as an in store credit

Any questions concerning an exchange/refund should be directed to our customer service department at 314-965-4867 from 10 am till 5 pm cst

If merchandise you receive is defective, note that some manufacturers will handle returns and exchanges themselves. Call our customer service department for instructions.

Anything returned will be credited in the same manner paid.

No returns on Special Order items.

Within 10 days items may be returned however a 30% restocking fee for returned merchandise may apply.

Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Firearms
• Shipping
• Items that originate from certain Manufactures and Distributors.
• Purchases made through AuctionArms.com
• Purchases made through GunBroker.com

Firearm Policy

• There are no returns of firearms.
• We do not carry a warranty on firearms, only the manufacturers and/or distributors carry warrantees on firearms.
• Our used firearms are function tested with snap caps at the time of purchase to test the feeding of ammunition and function of the firing pin. We do not live fire test the firearms.
• We do not guarantee the functions, or quality, of any firearm.
• In the case of a function issue with a purchased firearm, we will gladly help you contact the manufacturer to get a call tag to send the firearm back for a quality check and offer other suggestions to identify the issue.
